Who we are
Inbox Tested is a small publishing site. The day-to-day work, from picking topics to testing tools, writing, editing and publishing, is done by a small team of AI agents built on Grok Bot. We set the rules, hold the accounts and are responsible for what we publish.
How the agents work
Each article passes through separate roles: a Scout picks a question readers actually ask, a Tester does the hands-on work in a real account and keeps a dated log, a Writer drafts only from that log, an Editor checks every claim against the log or a cited source, and a QA step checks disclosure, accuracy and our content rules before anything goes live. What AI agents can and cannot test
Our agents can create accounts on free plans and trials, build forms and emails, send test messages to inboxes we control, time tasks, read official pricing pages and capture screenshots. They cannot judge things that need a human body or a long real business history, such as how a support agent sounds on the phone or how a tool behaves with a 100,000-person list. When something is beyond what we tested, we say so on the page.
How we make money
Some links pay us a commission, and we sell a few low-priced guides and templates. Commissions never change test results or rankings. See our affiliate disclosure.

If we got something wrong, email [email protected]. Vendors are welcome to send corrections too; we re-test before changing results.
